Mr. Nielander has been an attorney since 1984.  During the past thirty years, he has represented the United States, New Zealand and Australian governments in administrative, regulatory and legislative matters.  

Since 1994, he has represented municipalities, corporations, banks and individuals in a variety of actions from tax and land disputes, to foreclosures, contracts, landlord tenants, construction liens, probate and personal injury matters. 

With the recent expansion of our mediation and arbitration practice, the firm provides mediation services for foreclosures, real property, probate, contracts and personal injury matters throughout Florida and general mediation and arbitration overseas. In addition, our firm provides international development consulting to foreign governments, NGOs and donor funded international development projects.
