Mr. Nielander has an LLM in Admiralty from
Tulane University in New Orleans.
He also was law
Clerk to the Honorable William T. Beeks, the
only U.S. District Judge in the 80s that heard
exclusively maritime cases. In addition, he
worked in New Orleans and Fort Lauderdale
maritime law firms and worked for several years
with the U.S., New Zealand and Australian
governments in the maritime and fisheries
related fields.
